The library of the Institute contains a collection of more than 36,000 books and many digital resources

including Si Ku Quan Shu (the Complete Collection of Four Treasuries), a database of the Late Qing and

Republic of China newspapers and journals, a database of ancient Chinese texts, and a database of key

academic journals. The Institute has also developed an online database of ancient Chinese metallurgical

technologies and an exhibition platform for ancient metallurgy and traditional crafts.
